ARGHH I shouldn't be doing so much art. School's coming up and I have SO MUCH work to do.

Anyways, I find it utterly hilarious when Tamaki keeps calling Kyouya 'Mommy' and refers to the rest of the club as his children xD SO I drew the host club as a family. xD

I think I'll use this time to rant about Ouran. I got into it like literally a year ago but dropped out once the Hiatchiin twins started liking Haruhi as well. Seriously, it was alright to have Tamaki fawning over her, but Kyouya, Hikaru, and Kaoru as well? A little too Fruitsbasket-y for me. It's not like I dislike Haruhi's character. but it's just how she comes between everything. ESPECIALLY HIKARU AND KAORU. D: I feel so bad for them. Cause they were ALWAYS together, and I prefer that to stay the same. :(

Anyways, this took a long time since I haven't done line art since... can't even remember. but it was a simple CG with very little shading. and I made the accident of drawing it TINY so it was hard to add in details :dead:

oh and I drew some characters right onto the computer. Since I didn't like the sketch, I had to redo it using my mouse and the ';polygonal lasso tool' Can you guess which ones were added in after the others?

I agree with you on the whole shipping thing. Tamaki is fine, but when even Kyoya and Mori fall for her is where I draw the line too. No I like this depiction of the "family". Excellent job.

Hmm this is pretty.. but Mori and Hunny are suppose to be the next-door neighbours hehe. I think that's only because they're older then mom and dad..

haha I get what you're saying but what I was thinking was that well the whole family idea came from Tamaki declaring himself father (and kyouya mother) because they were president and vice-president of the host-club and so all the members were their children. Even though Hunny and Mori are older, they're still members and not president/vp so not at the same level as tamaki and kyouya and so children. haha obviously ages here aren't very...accurate xD

Well I know that but in the manga (don't remember what chapter) Tamaki was going on one of his forever-long rants and mentioned that Mori & Hunny are the next door neigbours and Mori & Hunny were giving him these looks like "I wanna be in the family too.." It was funny..
