A whole series of incidents these past few months have left me in just a rut, about practically everything. Including dA.

I realize that every time I come on, I look at my message inbox and delete practically everything. It's awful and hypocritical, but I just couldn't bring myself to care enough to comment or even LOOK at the work in some instances.

It's really quite sad when I remember how religiously I spent my time here. I drew to upload and I commented so much more. I would constantly be browsing through people's things and getting inspired. But now, it's just not as important to me.

And that's not...good.

So. I'm just going to get up off my bum and start getting active again. I'm going to comment on EVERY. DARN. THING. in my inbox, regardless of what it is (except for just favorites, those are kinda awkward to comment on)

I shouldn't expect people to still care about my things, if I don't reciprocate the effort.

In other news, I created a portfolio for college using daportfolio.com which is super easy to use and looks super professional. the link is: [link] and has some pieces never posted here.

One more before I go, I've decided I wanted do some fanart, because whenever I do original art, it ends up a little ...depressing and monotone just because I naturally like the more subdued colors. and i just miss... getting into characters and drawing inspiration from a fandom. So I need some character suggestions.
